"Having had an awful meal at Chesford Grange the previous night (and unfortunately we were staying there instead of The Oak, but that is a different story!) four of us called in here for a meal. It certainly did not disappoint, we all loved our meal and was good value for money. We explained the 'booking a room' problem with manager John (which I won't go in to here) and he couldn't have been more helpful."
