About Victoria Park Bristol
The Victoria Park offers a relaxing and casual space, with a good selection of wines, spirits and beers. Our split level beer garden boasts fantastic view over the surrounding area and is the perfect place to eat and drink with friends.
In 1888, the council spent £29,334 buying land, owned by naturalist Sir John Henry Greville Smyth (whose collection formed the basis for the Bristol Museum), and landscaping it into Victoria Park. That’s nearly £4m in today’s money!
Nestled in the heart of Bedminster, a short distance from our namesake which opened to the public in 1891, we welcome everyone – whether you’re popping in for a pint or tucking in to our delicious Sunday roast.
