Private Hire in Linlithgow

What are my private hire options?

You can hire our entire venue which offers a standing capacity of 316, or you can hire out our Function Room which offers a standing capacity of 120 or a seated capacity of 80. For smaller events, you can hire our Cottage Bar space on the ground floor, offering a seated capacity of 30.

Do you have Disabled Access/Facilities?

Yes, our first floor is wheelchair accessible and also has accessible toilets. 

Are pets allowed in the private hire area?

We are a dog friendly pub, however, please enquire when booking about bringing your furry friend into our private-hire spaces.

Will food and drink be available?

Our private hire venue is available for all food and drink booking types. We also offer a number of afternoon tea packages to include both traditional tea and alcoholic options. Please enquire when booking.

Is there parking on site?

Yes. All of our guests can park for free in our carpark. For those travelling by train, we are only a 10 minute walk away.

Can I play my own music?

If hiring the full venue or the function room you can have own music plugged in on request, bring your own DJ or hire our in house DJ. If hiring the Cottage Bar, you can't have your own music as it is semi-private.

Is the Cottage Bar fully private?

Out cottage bar space is not fully private so may have some shared facilities with the rest of the venue
